Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The return must be received by GUTTER PHENOM within 30 days of purchase date.
  • The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
  • A tracking number is required for all returned items.

    REFUNDS

    After receiving the returned item GUTTER PHENOM will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price minus shipping costs. GUTTER PHENOM will not re-ship any order that is not received by purchaser without proof of non-delivery. GUTTER PHENOM will not re-ship any order because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete.

    EXCHANGES

    To exchange an item the customer must first return the unwanted item according to the return method listed below. A refund will then be credited to the customer's account and the customer must place a new order.
